Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon thyme, crushed
Directions:
add garlic and beef into a large skillet. brown beef. drain grease.
add diced tomatoes and sauce. mix well.
add all the spices. i like this with sliced black olives added, too.
serve on noodles.
