Ingredients:
1 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium red onions, thinly sliced cross-wise
1 cucumbers, seeded, cut length-wise then thinly sliced
1 granny smith apples, sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar ( or any fruit vinegar)
2 -3 tablespoons sambal oelek ( I tend to eat very spicy, you can adjust to your taste)
1 pinch black pepper

Directions:
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Refridgerate for about 1 hour before serving.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 75 min.
