Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 lb medium raw shrimp, cleaned
salt, to taste

Directions:
In large skillet heat 1/3 cup olive oil; stir in 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 bay leaves, and 1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce.
When garlic sizzles, add 1 pound medium-sized, raw, cleaned shrimp.
Stir-fry until shrimp are pink (about 3 minutes).
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
