Ingredients:
12 ounces snow peas
1 carrots, julienned
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 grated oranges, rind of
1 oranges, juice of
Directions:
Steam the snow peas and carrots in the orange juice until tender.
Transfer to a bowl and add sesame seeds, oil and orange rind.
Toss to coat.
