Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef consomme, undiluted
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 30 min.
