Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 (8 ounce) packages athenos feta cheese ( with Basil & tomato)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
12 large macaroni, shells, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce or 1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce
Directions:
Mix spinach, ricotta cheese, 3/4 of the feta cheese and garlic powder.
Fill shells with spinach mixture.
Place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Pour sauce over shells.
Top with remaining feta cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
