Ingredients:
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1 small onions, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Heat oil.
Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in salt and bean sprouts.
Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until as done as you like.
Serve immediately.
