Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) jars sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 granny smith apples, peeled and chunked
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a med.
sauce pan and simmer covered for 1 hour.
This recipe may be made the day before and re-heated.
