Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onions
1/3 cup chopped celery ribs
1/3 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in 10 inches skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 – 15 minutes or just until veggies are tender.
