Ingredients:
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half
1 (4 1/4 ounce) sardines, drained chopped
1 shallots, diced finely
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
fresh parsley
Directions:
Mash egg yolks with rest of ingredients except parsley.
Stuff into egg whites.
Top with chopped parsley.
