Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup, mushroom or 1 can celery soup
1/2 can milk
1 dash pepper
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Blend soup, milk and pepper together.
Line a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with foil, for easy clean-up.
Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese.
Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
