Ingredients:
1 cup frozen lima beans
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Put lima beans, water, salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover, leaving a vent, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Add cheese and saltines, stir up until cheese is melted.
Eat and run on out the door.
