Ingredients:
1 eggs, beaten
1 (7 3/4 ounce) cans salmon, drained
1 cup mashed potatoes ( I use leftovers)
1 small onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Thoroughly combine ingredients except butter.
Shape into patties (use a little flour to hold together if necessary).
Melt butter in frying pan.
Fry patties tol golden on both sides.
Serve with chili sauce and salad.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 30 min.
