Ingredients:
1 large onions
2 -3 stalks celery
1 cup oatmeal
1 large eggs
12 -15 ounces salmon ( 2 cans)
salt & pepper, for taste
chili peppers, if you want it spicy
Directions:
Chop onion and cellery.
Drain the canned Salmon.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Shape into burgers.
Place on cooking dish.
Bake in oven at 350 F for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
Burgers freeze very well.
