Ingredients:
1/2 lb radishes
2 tomatoes
4 mint leaves
4 scallions, sliced ( or 1/3 red onion, sliced thin)
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
salt
pepper
Directions:
Peel radish and slice finely.
Slice tomatoes.
Chop onion and mint finely.
Combine all the ingredients and dress with oil, lemon juice.
Season to taste.
