Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
cooking spray
3 teaspoons dried rosemary

Directions:
Pre heat oven 230c.
Peel and wash potatoes then dice into medium sized pieces. Par boil in micowave in a little water for 5 or 6 minutes. Drain well. Generously coat a flat baking tray with cooking spray, spread out diced potatoes and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until potatoes are browned, turning once.
