Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon chopped onions
1 slice bacon, chopped
1 cup hash brown potatoes, cooked
Directions:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add onion and bacon and saute for 4 minutes.
Add hash browns and press down.
Brown well, flip, press and brown to crisp.
