Ingredients:
1/2 lb white mushrooms
1/2 lb portabella mushrooms, thoroughly cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms, stems removed cut in half
1/2 lb chanterelle mushrooms, thoroughly cleaned and quartered
1/3 cup fruity olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Place mushrooms in a single layer in a large oven-safe pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Roast in a preheated 450 F oven until mushrooms are tender and fragrant, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
