Rice with Almonds and Raisins

Ingredients:
1 bag brown rice ( I use Success Brand)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons dark raisins
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon parsley

Directions:
Boil rice according to package directions (10 minutes on stove).
Saute’ the almonds in butter until soft.
Add raisins and cook until a little soft.
Mix the cooked rice and the almond/raisin mixture together.

Servings: 2

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 20 min.
