Ingredients:
4 ounces rice
2 cups strong stock
salt
pepper
curry powder
1 lb tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
1/2 cup cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook the rice in stock seasoned with salt, pepper, and curry.
Put tomatoes in alternate layers with rice in a casserole.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.

Servings: 2-4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 45 min.
