Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/2 lb sliced corned beef, finely chopped
1 (14 ounce) cans sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with wheat or rye crackers.
