Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1/4 cup butter
3 -4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 (7 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions:
Put rice in a microwave safe bowl and add water just to cover rice.
Cook 5 minutes on high.
Mix the butter and onions into the hot rice until all of the butter has melted.
Add the soy sauce and mushrooms and mix well.
