Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
1 cup skim milk ( or your preference)
1 eggs
1 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup molasses ( may want to add more depending on taste)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook on medium heat in pan. Just like any pancake.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with syrup, fruit, peanut butter, etc.

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 15 min.
