Ingredients:
1 large baking potatoes
1 dash salt
1 dash malt vinegar

Directions:
Scrub potato.
Dry well.
Leaving skin on, slice into 1/4 inch rounds.
Place slices on a microwave roasting rack.
Microwave on high 10 minutes or until chips begin to brown.
Sprinkle with vinegar and salt to taste.

Servings: 1

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 15 min.
