Ingredients:
1 large bananas
500 ml skim milk
2 egg whites ( Make 2 holes on both ends of the eggs and blow the egg whites out only.)
2 tablespoons any type oats
1 teaspoon honey ( for flavour)

Directions:
Break banana in to smaller bits, and add to blender.
Add 500ml of milk to blender.
(optional) Add 1 t of honey for taste.
Mix it in the blender.
Add the egg whites and blend until smooth

Servings: 1

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 5 min.
