Ingredients:
8 small potatoes
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup finely minced onions
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
parsley
Directions:
In large pan, bring 8 cups water to a boil.
Drop in potatoes.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook till potatoes are tender, about 8 minutes.
Drain and cool slightly (enough to handle).
Cut potatoes in rounds.
Put back in pan.
Add onions, milk, cream,and spices.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add peas.
Stir well.
Sprinkle with parsley.
