Ingredients:
2 cups cooked then cooled mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cream of wheat
2 cups flour

Directions:
Blend until you can handle the dough.
Make into round balls.
Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water that cover the dumplings.
keep lid on pan.

Servings: 12

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 20 min.
