Ingredients:
6 pork chops
3 -4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Heat oven to 400F.
Brown chops on all sides in hot fat.
Place apple slices in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Top with pork chops.
Cover.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
