Ingredients:
2 -6 pork chops
2 -6 potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (13 ounce) cans evaporated milk
salt and pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 can mushrooms, drained,your choice of size
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops and brown in skillet.
Pick an oven pan large enough to fit the number of chops and potatoes you are cooking.
Spray bottom of pan with Pam.
Layer potatoes; sprinkle with seasonings.
Place mushrooms (if using) on potatoes.
Mix soup, milk, and seasonings; pour over chops.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour for 6 chops; 45 minutes for 2.
Chops and potatoes should be tender.
