Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta, cooked ( I like to use spinach fettichine)
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 tablespoons tahini
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili paste
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
4 green onions, sliced
1 carrots, shredded
Directions:
Cook pasta.
Blend all other ingredients except green onion and carrot.
Mix hot pasta with peanut butter mixture until pasta evenly covered.
Stir in green onion and carrot.
