Ingredients:
1 small ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Combine everything except nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Sprinkle each with nutmeg.
