Ingredients:
6 pork chops, browned ( boneless work best)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup peach preserves
1 (15 ounce) cans peaches, drained but reserving 1/3 cup syrup
peaches ( fresh or canned)
Directions:
Baste each side of pork chops with peach preserves; place in crock pot.
Add peaches and reserved syrup.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Garnish with extra peaches when serving.
