Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, chopped coarsely ( 1.2kg)
40 g butter
3/4 cup milk
1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until soft; drain well.
Mash potatoes in a large bowl with remaining ingredients until smooth.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 15 min.
