Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 lb swordfish steaks
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Marinate swordfish steaks in honey mixture at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Grill fish allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
