Ingredients:
2 oranges, zest and juice of
1 lemons, juice only
2 ounces sugar
20 fluid ounces boiling water
Directions:
Put the orange zest and sugar into a bowl and pour the boiling water over them.
Leave to cool, stirring occasionally, then add the strained juice of the oranges and lemon.
Keep refrigerated.
