Ingredients:
1 cup fat free vanilla ice cream or 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions:
Combine ice cream, milk and orange juice concentrate in blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Serve immediately.
