Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 (400 g) cans tomatoes, undrained, crushed
500 g okra
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano

Directions:
Heat oil in large pan; cook onions and garlic, stirring until onions are soft.
Add all remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered about 30 minutes or until okra is tender.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 35 min.
