Ingredients:
2 large vidalia sweet onions, chopped
1 bell peppers, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, drain.
Saute Vidalias and bell pepper in small amount of margarine.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 2-quart covered casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
