Ingredients:
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup basmati rice
salt
pepper
Directions:
Brown almonds over medium heat 2-3 min until lightly brown.
Add broth, rice, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes.
