Ingredients:
1 ounce chocolate syrup
4 ounces milk
5 ounces seltzer water

Directions:
This is a New York treat.
Pour the milk into glass, followed by the chocolate syrup (I prefer Hershey’s syrup).
DO NOT MIX.
You want the syrup laying on the bottom of the glass for now.
Add the selter.
You want it to foam up on the top.
Now stir the drink, and you should get a dark drink with a white foam head.
