My Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 large eggs ( slightly beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 lb lean ground beef

Directions:
Mix ingredients together, adding beef last.
Put into a bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 60 min.
