Ingredients:
4 carrots, sliced in coin shapes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oil
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
water, to keep it from sticking

Directions:
Combine in a saucepan and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
