Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and store in a covered container.
Rub into steaks prior to grilling or broiling.
Enough for four to five steaks.
