Ingredients:
2 cups chopped red potatoes
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
Toss all together in medium size bowl. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
