Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless chicken cutlets
breadcrumbs
Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons wine ( red or white)
Directions:
Wet cutlets with water: dredge with bread crumbs and place in baking pan.
Mix dressing as directed and add 3 tablespoons each of lemon juice and wine.
Shake well and pour over cutlets.
Bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
