Ingredients:
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 (10 ounce) cans campbell’s beefy mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) cans campbell’s beef broth
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Melt butter in a glass baking dish.
Add rice to butter, coating well.
Add beefy mushroom soup and beef broth and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 65 min.
