Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 green peppers, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
tortilla chips

Directions:
In medium size bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on large serving plate. Pour salsa over creamy mixture.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables and shredded cheese over top.
Serve with tortilla chips.
