Ingredients:
6 ounces tomato paste
3 cups water
1/8 cup flour
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a 2 quart saucepan and simmer, stirring frequently, until slightly thick and smooth.
Remove from heat and use to make your favorite enchiladas.
