Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup breadcrumbs, in 1/4 in chunks
1 eggs
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup onions, diced
2 tablespoons oil
3 potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup potatoes, mashed with
1/2 cup milk
2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 eggs, not beaten
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; set aside.
For the filling, saute garlic and onion in oil for 5 minutes.
Combine the potatoes (reserving enough to make 1/2 cup mashed for the topping) and cheese with garlic and onion, chilies, salt and pepper.
Mix well and spread over the beef crust.
Combine all the topping ingredients and pour over the filling.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 25 min.

Time total: 70 min.
