Ingredients:
1 green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt
2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled,deveined and cooked
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large bowl.
Add cooked shrimp and toss to coat.
cover and chill 4-6 hours or overnight.
Transfer shrimp to a serving bowl and serve with toothpicks and additional cocktail sauce if desired.
